Hi, I'm Dr. Marcella Wilson.

I'm a university computer science professor with a PhD in computer science. Before teaching, I worked in research at NASA. I also hold a journalism degree, so I care as much about clear writing as I do about the technology behind it.

I started Learn AI and ChatGPT because I kept meeting smart, capable business owners who felt left behind by AI. They'd tried ChatGPT, gotten bland answers, and decided it wasn't for them. The problem was never them. Nobody had shown them how to use it.

How I teach

I've spent years helping people learn hard things, including mentoring PhD students through every stage of their degrees. The approach is the same with business owners: start where you are, use your real work, and explain everything in plain English. You should leave every session able to do something you couldn't do before.

Where I work

I work with small businesses across Howard County in person, and with clients anywhere online.
