Do I need to be good with technology?
No. Most people I work with have tried ChatGPT a few times and gotten generic results. We start with the tasks you already do every week and build from there, in plain English.
Do you meet in person or online?
Both. I meet with businesses in person around Howard County, and I run online sessions for clients anywhere.
Which AI tools do you teach?
Mostly ChatGPT, plus other tools when they fit your work better, such as Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot. The goal is the right tool for your business, not the newest one.
Is it safe to put my business information into AI tools?
It can be, if you set things up correctly. Every training covers the privacy settings to turn on and what kinds of information should never go into a chatbot.
